(2) ETHICS. Pristine demonstrated ethics mandatory. We dot every “I”, we cross every “T”. Legal in-house and general counsel is our # 3 shareholder. You must pass criminal, financial, family, personal and professional due diligence assessments.

(3) NO PERSONAL, LEGAL OR POLITICAL ISSUES WITH REALOGY. If you have historical or current issues with any Realogy brand or affiliate, no need to apply. Realogy spans Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate, CENTURY 21®, Coldwell Banker®, ERA®, and Sotheby’s International Realty®, Coldwell Banker Commercial® and ONCOR International and of course, Coldwell Banker NRT.

(4) REAL ESTATE CREDENTIALS. CCIM and current Broker licensure required. Multiple associations. CPM, ICSC, SIOR, CIPS and other credentials an advantage.

(5) BROAD US EXPERIENCES. Extensive and deep experiences in many US States. Licensing in multiple States strongly preferred (active or inactive).

(6) DEEP GLOBAL EXPERIENCES AND MULTI-LINGUAL. Experiences in a broad range of Countries and geographic areas preferred spanning the EU, Mid-East, Far-East, and the Americas.

(7) MULTI-LINGUAL. Fluency in multiple languages written and/or spoken receive significant additional consideration.

(8) ACADEMICS. Undergraduate required. Terminal and/or advanced degrees preferred. Multiple advanced and/or terminal degrees receive additional consideration.

(9) LOCATION. No relocation required. Can live in any US State, any US Province or US Territory. Can live in any Country that is not an issue with the US State Department.

(10) TEXAS LICENSURE. Must have or be willing to secure a Texas license. Broker or salesperson license to start, but must commit to securing a Broker license within 12 months. We have worked out details for a non-resident license.
